Failed Spindles are received to one of our machine service centers.
Document spindle type, maker,
serial number. Assessments of
assembled parts conditions are
checked for damages and crack.
Photography for whole spindle are
taken.
Our team performs a comprehensive
examinations, including run-out,
clamping force, encoder condition,
voltage and electric current,
motor condition, RTD sensor,
shaft taper, and bearing noise.
We carefully disassemble and
examine all parts for any
indications of wear and damage,
incorrect fitting or sizing. This
includes spindle failing and
causal analysis, checking bearing
journals, bores, shoulders,
shafts, caps, and spacers.
We'll provide you a detailed quote for spindle repair/rebuild after disassembly and assessment. Our fair pricing ensures an accurate and competitive estimate.
After disassembly, all parts are
washed through our washing
unit. Coolant lines, air and oil
lines, chip and foreign objects,
rust removal, and clean washing
are performed.
Our replacement process
confidently ensures that all
parts are replaced or reconditioned
to meet the OEM’s specifications,
resulting in a performance that
is ‘like new.’ We sleeve and
machine the housings, chrome
and regrind the shafts, and
balance all spindle components.

Static check and test includes:
Final inspection is performed for
quality control. All condition of
collet and lip seal wear outs are
re-inspected. Appearance and
packing conditions are checked.
Once we finish rebuilding your
spindle, we’ll send it back to you
with performance that’s as good as
new. We’ll also provide you with
testing files that include a spindle
checklist, encoder testing, analysis,
and pictures.
